Just amazing bowling. OP as **** and no team can withstand this attack at its best. Glad to see Nortje and Maharaj back to their best too.

England have now lost by an innings to a sub 350 score twice this year, lel. Anything that happened in between obviously doesn't count.

It was a pretty comprehensive win, but I see England coming back strongly and our current batting is super fragile with no-one in the top 6 poking much above 40 and Maharaj at 8.

SA batting is:
Test Quality opener = Elgar
Batsman with potential = Petersen and Makram
Journeymen = Rassie and Erwee
Nuggety wickey = Verreynne.

They are carried by their bowlers but you can't take anything away from the batters here.

Add Zondo to column c and Rickelton to column b. I kinda hoped Zondo was going to get a go in this match, because he looked in good nick in the Lions game. Markram feels like late 90s Gibbs at the moment. That 15 had some amazing strokeplay in it followed by a braindead waft.

I hope we're investing heavily in getting young all-rounders Potgieter, de Swardt and Mpongwana more experienced to expand that depth, but the new regime doesn't seem to think much of international cricket.

Bazball is dead is as stupid a thing to say as declaring England the best in the world after four amazing wins (which not even I did)

South Africa battered us. Will we adjust, or will our previous methods bounce us back next Test? Watch and find out. So tiring online sports forums these days where each individual match and outcome is treated by some as a complete endorsement of a team being ****/amazing, previous performances theories being proven/debunked, etc etc.

It's not that ****ing deep.

Or each individual player either being GOAT-level or worse than club level - no in-betweens.
