Okay the rules, which may be varying degrees of popularity (
) for R11 are quite simple.
If your gap is for a batsman, you pick one that would have been eligible for your original team but the maximum average is 28.22. This includes if you called out WK as your vacancy.
If your gap is for a bowler, you pick one that would have been eligible for your original team but minimum average is…28.22.
As long as the player feasibly fits into the gap you’ve left in the team you sent me/posted, then the only criteria are that they’re from your designated country (and era if Australia) and meet the above average.
I’ve actually had to adjust the batsmen up slightly based on my original plan, but these stats have been derived fundamentally from the leftover players. If you are one of the handful of people with players left over you can pick from your own XI but don’t have to.
Given there is no conflict between available players, pick when ready. When all teams are in I’ll do a voting thread. And yes if you left a bowling vacancy rather than a batting one you’re probably feeling quite pleased with yourself about now
