Honestly that seems to say more about Sri Lanka FC cricket more than anything else. Most of their Test bowlers of a recentish era seem to have pretty bad economy rates, and conversely with batting there seems to be a lot of low average, high SR type players

Game seems to move at quite a pace over there, although have never actually watched Sri Lankan domestic cricket it's hard to be sure
