Can't bowl full, can't bowl short. Bowling back of a length an easy single...

That said England could have come out nervous and blocked everything to crawl but they figured there's nothing to worry about and hit through the line. The advantage of having someone of Root's experience in the middle.

Honestly I think he's quietly moving into 2nd behind Smith. KW and Kohli have done way more in Australia true, but they're not the center of the world (very important match up for England tbf, which muddies the waters here).
Oh yeah definitely. Kohli will end up way behind the other three the way he's been batting.

Mullet would only overstep at a crucial time so he is no loss at the bowling crease. What a putz, just wandering out of his crease like a fool after two other blokes put in an amazing performance.
