Yea, no - something's very, very wrong with that.
This is like the Indian bowlers being useless at batting and fielding this. Jadeja cannot NOT be in BOTH the top 15 all rounders and top 20 spinners, that's just very, very wrong. I would at worst accept one or the other (also wrong but...okay), but not both.
