ODI draft - XIs must be represented by 11 different countries and 11 different debut time periods

The time periods

1971-1975
1976-1980
1981-1985
1986-1990
1991-1994
1995-1998
1999-2002
2003-2007
2008-2012
2013-2017
2018-2022

And of course any 11 countries who have ever played an ODI are eligible.

Some with a keen eye may notice that all the time periods are 5 years except for a few in the '90s and early '00s. I had to make a few 4 year periods to fit 11 into the history of ODIs, so I figured I may as make them during the time where there were debuting ATGs a plenty

Why do you have the minimum criteria?

to avoid Sobers basically(actually, just realised this is a bit annoying due to the nature of the draft)

it's standard ODI draft procedure to have a min ODI requirement.... but with so many players from the non major countries having very limited appearances at 1 or 2 world cups, 10 seems too steep.

I'll change it to min 5 ODIS
