This is probably the best conditions for bowling I've ever seen in Australia + very favourable for England's attack. Hell you won't get much better full stop.

I think Smith's one was arguably unplayable, but yeah Warner + Khawaja could've left it.

But then again, you're also worried about the one that nips back and takes off-stump.

One advantage you will have is the chance for the Aussie bowlers to get carried away if you bowl us out cheaply. Happened a bit back on other greentops where Australia lost the toss. I don't see this pitch drying out soon, though.

It certainly was the last time NZ played here. Still the question will be whether the Aus bowlers can make the right adjustments to their lengths.
