First test hundred today pls Young. This is his fifth test fifty already and for a long time his problem at FC level was inability to convert into hundreds, but he fixed that (went from something like 1:20 to current 12:33) and now's a great chance to do the same at test level.

Another 50-and-out, I really thought today when he'd been satisfied to score relatively slowly and be a little more restricted (remembering 8 runs were gifted by overthrows), that he would continue with the same approach to score that hundred. But nah, apparently reaching 50 is time to get loose.

I can't believe I ate the whole thing
tbh this was probably the one time where he definitely didn’t deserve a 100
Yeah I'm not watching but from radio comms sounds like he's edged through the slips quite a few times.

I really like Will Young but will we get the best out of him as an opener? Hasn't scored 100 yet, I'm sure he will one day, but smacks a little bit of Raval in the role at the moment - can get a start, and to 50, but can't kick on. I think Young has loads more ability than Raval though and would be best served down the order. Can see hims scoring a big double one day
