Sam Billings in the runs today in the BBL, didn't someone on here suggest he be brought into the England side to replace Buttler.

so all on root and stokes pretty much to avoid defeat on the 5th day. the rest are out of form.

you'd think one of these bowlers- neser, or jhye will get a jaffa thru eventually, so its going to be tough to avoid a defeat. already a couple of jaffa's without wicket right now.

Haha yeah didn’t he make 60 odd in the game where Agar made 99 at number 11? Then a game later he was dropped?
80 odd. he then had 3 single digit scores, but the thing was that they created a batting selection problem where one of Hughes/Smith, who also had the same pattern of a 50 score then 3 fails (and wasn't a popular member of the team), had to be dropped for the returning Warner. the problems were: they had a) lost two games in a row, so they really needed to make selection changes to look tough b) but they already dropped Cowan for Usman after the first test loss, and c) Lehmann had made a big song and dance about Watson going back to opening, so the recalled Warner wasn't even going to open and d) you can't drop a batsman after one test, so instead of just dropping Usman for Warner, one of Hughes/Smith had to eat it

And then disgracefully, they dropped Usman for the last test, had Watson bat at 3, and instead of recalling Hughes, gave Forkers Faulkner a debut. just a series of disgraceful decisions which were bad straight away. and then we did a very similar thing in 2019 when dropping Bancroft after the 2nd test (which wasn't a loss but a disappointing draw) leading to an opening bat problem which still hasn't been fixed

Nope. He is in Ant man and suicide squad reboot
Yes, David Dalmation or something like that
He is the scarecrow from batman begins. He's also Pieter de Vries from Dune.
He is Pieter de Vries (incredible movie btw) but not Scarecrow. He is in The Dark Knight though, the guy they set up when they assassinate the mayor. Scarecrow is Cillian Murphy aka Peaky Blinders

Haha I love how for once Faulkner's debut here was actually his first game.
