Don't know this level of attrition is required by Marnus
Looks like he's still in Gabba mode, playing with soft hands and refusing to drive despite there only being one slip in place on a sluggish pitch. The risk is if he gets out about now the middle order will have a tough time starting at dusk.

we’ll see what happens in 90 mins or so but this really doesn’t look a pitch where you’d want 5 takes on rfm as your frontline attack to me

For me all the bowlers have looked reasonably dangerous and plenty of balls have seamed even as the ball has gotten old. Just a lack of luck/bowling slightly too short/getting distracted by other tactics
