Well if Stokesy is injured then even more diabolical decision from Root leaving out both Jimmy and Broady
Already is over, see you for second testWell batted Marnus, far better innings than Warner's.
If Australia are still batting at stumps, the match is over.
But Australia finally won a T20 wc after booting Lehmann, so equality is the real winner. So racism has brought about the only headway England has made in this innings.
Really makes you think
Australia are where they are due to a bit of good fortune no doubt, but because they left much, much better than England did. They denied England, as well as they bowled early on, and now making hay with England a bit demoralised that they hadn't picked up 2-3 moreFeel sorry for England. Sounds like the first session was one full of half chances and hard luck. That no ball issue is definitely annoying. You are not gonna beat them anyways but its harder when the umps join their side too.
Wait umps join our side? The no ball was miles overFeel sorry for England. Sounds like the first session was one full of half chances and hard luck. That no ball issue is definitely annoying. You are not gonna beat them anyways but its harder when the umps join their side too.
Women's short form cricket is in such a good place right now. The balance between bat and ball is much more frequently compelling than it usually is in the men's game IMOBe very surprised, i think the 100 tv coverage will be the best measure. Whilst i despised the mens version i am not blinded to the fact that it can have wider benefits. Women's version an absolute home run in all aspects though, my godson plays cricket because of how much he loved watching them

I don't think he's actually watching.Wait umps join our side? The no ball was miles over
Yeah for all of Warner's rep as the guy who can and has made a hundred before lunch, since his return to the side he's actually mostly batted as a conventional, relatively watchful Test opener more often than not who is perfectly comfortable leaving a lot of balls alone. I guess it helps that he knows he can catch up very quickly when the time comes.Australia are where they are due to a bit of good fortune no doubt, but because they left much, much better than England did. Why did they wait till a dismissal to call one though?Wait umps join our side? The no ball was miles over
Dunno, incompetence? Why did they wait till a dismissal to call one though?
Been happening for ages hasn't it? They've essentially given up. I remember a discussion on here a while back about how it is important for a bowler to know so they can adjust, but that it doesn't happenWhy did they wait till a dismissal to call one though?
Oh, no doubt they have played far better. And it was very much a noball. But it just seems silly that the umpires waited for a dismissal to call it when even the playing conditions say they should be checked and called every ball. Its why you had that God forsaken siren go off so many times in the Ind-NZ series.Australia are where they are due to a bit of good fortune no doubt, but because they left much, much better than England did.
