Pakistan should win regardless of whether Bangladesh avoids the follow on or not.

If they avoid it, Pakistan can bat 10-15 overs and add 70-80 runs to set a target of 260+ and give themselves 65+overs.

Right now teams are playing 6 other teams in 2 years and often one of them is Bangladesh, I'd rather it be another team, so that the Top 8 can play more competitive cricket amongst themselves. That way, they would only miss out on playing ONE of the top 8, rather than TWO of the top 9.
