They are definitely not going to go for it unless its like KJ and another bowler left and they have better chance surviving by playing shots than blocking.


EDIT - the above was posted before Latham got out but we have had an internet outage since. That Latham wicket, I felt, was NZ trying to go for the target a bit by increasing the scoring late slightly and give themselves the option of slogging at the end. All out of the window now though.
