You must be putting them about 80/20 on top right nowwonderfully done india!
I'd suggest that right now, just like young Curran, Mo is a very fine T20 cricketer. Are you suggesting that a series average of 49.8 per wicket isn't quite fit for purpose?
Have faith in The Lord, you Heathens.
Yes, but the Lord plays for our side. Mere mortals can't.
He is gonna get us crucial wickets today to get us the win too.
The last two tests have both had a last day collapse. I think it will happen today too and Lord will win it for us.
England played really well here. So easy to lose concentration after so many overs in the field. Openers who put up a good partnership after 150 overs on the field are really not appreciated enough in cricket, I feel.
Lord to do some magic tomorrow and get us the win.
Yeah got lots of time for Shardul. Think he will succeed in international cricket. Would help if he can be decent with the bat and in the field too. Definitely see him playing ODIs before long.
nah closer than that...at least 90/10...You must be putting them about 80/20 on top right now
Ah, well earned gloating you say? We can get in board with that too.Time for some well earned gloating, I feel.
Most England fans here said:We are quite bad at cricket and will lose.
Most England fans here said:Crikey we are not very good at this, are we.
Most England fans here said:I foresee a terrible defeat for our cricket team.
Ok, maybe not the last quote, but otherwise this was a raging success for the English CW contingent.A single anonymous England fan said:India are very weak.
Yeah, Indian fans - your team might be better at cricket than ours, but ours is better at conforming to our expectationsAh, well earned gloating you say? We can get in board with that too.
Ok, maybe not the last quote, but otherwise this was a raging success for the English CW contingent.
Exactly! Prior to the series the Indian fans here didn't believe us when we told them our batting line up would be worse than theirs even in our home condions.Yeah, Indian fans - your team might be better at cricket than ours, but ours is better at conforming to our expectations
Yeah, England should not panic tbh. A question about Burns fielding at second slip. Maybe his eyesight issue makes it easier for him to spot the ball from gully. If that is the case, isn't it imperative that one of the other batters puts their hands up for second slip? Why change something that is working? Let him field at gully.I think the standard was fairly high from both sides in this test tbf. England’s fielding in the second innings was the only rich source of comic relief.
especially because Kohli will likely just play the same XI.
You wanted them all permanently dropped a few days ago! This, more than anything else, has convinced me this is a new era of Indian cricket. We've done well in Australia before but the last time we won two Tests in England was, erm...a long time ago. Pujara looked a different man to the one of the last few years and Rohit has matured into the king of the batting line up. Great to see Pant get some runs, Kohli get a few and Thakur prove that he is a legend. And the bowling was great also - Bumrah has re-solidified his reputation after looking out of sorts going into the series, Umesh Yadav looked as good as ever, Siraj was fine and Thakur got three of the most crucial wickets of the game. Jadeja was fine - nothing special but looks like he's finding his feet after time away from sustained Test bowling but he definitely did his job by dismissing Hameed and Moeen.
and look how well that worked! You wanted them all permanently dropped a few days ago!
I become a certified emotional wreck and idiot when India are losing to England. You wanted them all permanently dropped a few days ago!
Yeah...Electing to bowl at the Oval has gone so well in the past....
