why you left out Rohit?Has there ever been a team that has sent exactly same batsmen to a foreign country despite losing 2 previous series ?
Pujara, Rahane , Kohli ?
Did he play in 2018 ? ?why you left out Rohit?
I thought he did? He did not? He played in RSA and Aus and Eng in 2018 was sandwiched between them. Didn't they drop Pujara for Rohit?Did he play in 2018 ? ?
Even CW members can dismiss Indian batsmen if conditions support swing bowling. You don't need Broad/Anderson for that.I know it's both genuine and recurring but I'm really amazed at how pessimistic Indian fans seem to be here. Anderson and Broad aren't exactly their 2015-18 selves still.
That's a shitload better batting line up than England's tbh.Indian batting lineup is definitely short of form, and playing in English conditions is the hardest place for them to regain it. It'll be fantastic watching!
I think this is right tbh.I know it's both genuine and Gambhiring but I'm really amazed at how pessimistic Indian fans seem to be here. Anderson and Broad aren't exactly their 2015-18 selves still.
A rare insightful post from HB here. Needs to be more Smith than Hobbs at times, if it means getting the job done.Virat has to get out of his own head a bit and see how to get runs than just trying to play every ball in the most perfect way possible. That has only gotten pretty 40s and 70s at best.
Yeah you think they’ve declined a lot since then?I know it's both genuine and recurring but I'm really amazed at how pessimistic Indian fans seem to be here. Anderson and Broad aren't exactly their 2015-18 selves still.
Tbf in 15-18 they were near unbeatable in English conditions if they were actually paying attention, they were obviously going to decline from that.Yeah you think they’ve declined a lot since then?
These 3 fast bowlers surely can’t play 5 tests and with Woakes and Archer out I think there’s quite a big drop off after Robinson. With the attack as strong as it’ll be all summer this game is probably England’s best chance.
