ataraXIa chased down nicely against TBD. 5 wickets, 5 2/3 ovs to spare.
ZCC at 307/8. Seems big enough against a bunch of nightwatchmen.
A lot of comedy cricket at the MACG. MTO 27/2 (5) chasing 229.
Morpork 239/7 (48) against the bot. Hughes (67) and Nishad (50) the only one treating the pitch with dew respect. Good time in the middle for McGrath (17) before being given lbw padding up to finger-spin, awful.

this is week 12...then 2 more league games in each form.
the week 15 is without official matches...always tough adjustments. Even if CWC2 goes on into that, which I don't think we've had a ruling on.

GG CC were ruthless today. Theron with a 5-wicket haul.
The Gazelles were bowled out for 47.

friendlies play on into offseason
Big win for ZCC in the OD League. We're officially safe from relegation
14 points clear of 6th place with just 2 games to go.Won an important toss in dry conditions. Piled on 307/7, with Shahbaz Furqan scoring 132 off 133. They batted well, 146/2 in 31 overs, but the high asking rate meant something had to give and they collapsed to 210 all out in 42.2. Chung Yiu with 4/31, Luke Giddings 3/31, and Tim Chester getting though his 6 for 37. Good amount of IGT for him, and a big win to keep us in Div 2 for another season.
Now over to FHK to see if they can pull themselves out of the relegation zone. Playing at home vs ZCC's old SA Div 1 sparring partners Vrystaat Knegte. We've won the toss and will bowl first.
