Conway is crying out to be a #4 in this side IMO. Is Nicholls really better than Young and Rachin? Otherwise I think one of those two can come in even if Ross Taylor is not retiring and Conway can replace Nicholls.

Long term Rachin. He'll go all right. For the time being Conway will do. Young will get in the middle order. In a year's time I see Rachin to get in the team and blow us all away. Till then he can wait. Some batsman is always going to be out of form.
