Again, they were completely caught off-guard by the umpire moving into the final stages of giving him out. it's a very sensible assumption that they missed the umpire's statement!bro . . . again, that wasn't the issue. That the umpire decided the stumps were broken was not in question, the question was why he decided that without checking diligently at all and hence that's what the rant was about.
I get that you don't like the style of the commentary, which personally I find strange but that's your opinion. It wasn't bad commentating and you can't just assume he missed the umpire's statements purely because you didn't like the way he questioned the decision.
They (and most viewers I dare say) were caught off-guard because the umpire moved on without checking properly. What the umpire said was not relevant.Again, they were completely caught off-guard by the umpire moving into the final stages of giving him out. it's a very sensible assumption that they missed the umpire's statement!
If only he was Ian Smith or a Danny Morrisonponting as a commentator with his pujara boohooing etc sounds like the next ian chappell in waiting tbh. you should all jump off his train now.
And Ponting was being questioned why Sams was traded by Delhi to RCBNo one here knows or cares who that is tbh
Not watching the Ponting coverage, but I understand he’s infested by IPL stench so it figures he’d know what it’s all aboutAnd Ponting was being questioned why Sams was traded by Delhi to RCB
So your issue is that Ponting didn't acknowledge the umpire's statement at the timeSeems pretty relevant if an umpire makes a decision during an umpiring decision
...I literally said this in my second post: http://www.cricketweb.net/forum/thr...league-10-2020-21.83876/page-150#post-4541668So your issue is that Ponting didn't acknowledge the umpire's statement at the time
Rather not. He seems to have just played his best innings. One of the best innings in BBal 10.This could be Heazlett's career just about done after this debacle
it's what he was saying the entire time manSo your issue is that Ponting didn't acknowledge the umpire's statement at the time
It started because you said he missed it. Which I'm not sure he did at all. He didn't directly acknowledge it but that doesn't mean he missed it. Personally I don't care that he didn't repeat the statement because viewers heard it anyway. Clearly you have an issue with it though....I literally said this in my second post: http://www.cricketweb.net/forum/thr...league-10-2020-21.83876/page-150#post-4541668
turns out a pointless argument about literally nothing is what draws me outajdude, go back to being a full time poster, ****
Yeha probably the stench has engulfed the whole of bbl so not surprising it is non identifiable. Of course sceptics can have their heads in the sand pretending it has not.Not watching the Ponting coverage, but I understand he’s infested by IPL stench so it figures he’d know what it’s all about
nah if that's all he said I wouldn't have even commented. That's just his opinion and he's entitled to it.it's what he was saying the entire time man
boy, if you think this is pointless, wait until you read the Head vs Wade argumentsturns out a pointless argument about literally nothing is what draws me out
