The first ball of a new Ashes series from Steve Harmison was usually difficult to lay a bat on.
De Villiers has a strike rate of 200+ against him in ODIs.Holder is a good shout
Agreed, he looked unplayable almost every time. Also, Kapil was the only all-rounder(out of the 4 great ARs of 80s) who used to attack him and the rest of the WI bowlers. I would really pay to watch Kapil's batting footage against the WI bowlers.Garner.
Yes. He was a fearsome bowler. How was Ambrose? I caught tail-end of his career so I don’t have deep impression of him; but from watching videos and reading about him, it seems he was just as accurate as McGrath but slightly quicker. Had that awkward bounce from being tall and move the ball off the seam outside-off stump.

That's an excellent pick. Also, just did a google search to read more about him, Nadkarni was an all-rounder, apart from bowing (ultra)-economical spells and picking wickets, he has even played some fine knocks.Bapu Nadkarni. Career economy rate of 1.63 in tests - he played 41 tests.
Once bowled a spell that read
32-27-5-0 with 21 successive maidens.
