harsh, mate. The entire post-match discussion has been waged mostly by posters who weren't anywhere to be seen on days 1-4. I mean, if you're going to DQ someone on that basis, there would be about 20 posts in the match thread since lunch day 5.

Heard he is out for 6 weeks. Not sure if he is faking it though. If he doesn't play the England series it is a big blow to India's chances.

I am guessing right now a bunch of folks will be available for the Ahmedabad leg of the England series. Jaddu, Bumrah etc. We will get Ishant for that series and I guess Virat back. That should help, in theory. If Ash is not ok, he can head back to India too ASAP. We might just end up debuting Sundar out of nowhere here. And with a rather brittle batting line up where Sundar bats at 7, I think it kinda confirms Shardul will debut to bat 8 too.
