in fairness, it's not as if they got *that* close to winning in the end. 5 wickets is quite a few!

It was shades of McKay and Kline there when they didn’t take a run for all those overs in a row. Obviously not nine down but similarly gutsy stuff. Love that sort of batting on day five

I recall someone criticised me for bagging out Smith for blocking endlessly. I don't understand what the difference between before lunch and after lunch when he came out attacking was. Though we'd have needed a bigger target anyway, but 68 runs in an extended session is poor.
