Sutherland didn't land the ball on the pitch, and the umpire went to the square leg umpire for some reason, and then it might have been reviewed by the 3rd ump, except they checked the front foot only

4 balls later the exact same thing happened, but the 3rd umpire checked the correct thing

One paceman maybe for powerplays, at most. As long as that paceman isn't Billy Stanlake bowling around the wicket. More than one paceman in the modern t20 team is ill advised.

Most of those spinners should be allrounders though, and the balance would be perfect. You're just waste if you're a bowler with little to no capacity for batting.
