Great test match, ultimately. Wonder if these two might yet bat seven or eight overs to revive the question of Pakistan saving the game. Before they get knocked over.

Jamieson damn good, this display makes me think he can do something similar to Wagner when he eventually hangs up his boots.

Fawad will still be furious with himself in the sheds - bad shot, though is also a reminder of just how hard it is to face short ball after short ball. Sick of ducking perhaps, got out to the least threatening short ball of the lot.

I know this is straight out iconoclasm, but even after 5 years I still simply don’t like the bodyline approach. And yeah, it’s one of, if not the most, effective bowling tactics in the history of NZ cricket
