Heh. No. Not more than most players, that is. His balance is great.
Nothing to do with balance

If you don’t get in line and play with an open face, you will nick off a lot when the ball bounces or moves

Very talented stroke player but ...

Serves them right for trying to kill test cricket by bowling 2 fewer overs. Captain and vice captain should also be executed if it happens again.
On the topic, I went to see the excellent comedian and cricket statistician, Andy Zaltzman do a show last year and he pointed out fantastically that Steve Smith cried to the nation after the ball tampering scandal and after Brexit, David Cameron "whistled" (
).

He's a little rich kid, so he needs a bit of criticism to bring him down to the level of us normal folk.

The Wheel is Forever
Bring Rohit in for Vihari at 5 is fine. Forcing either Vihari or Lokesh to open in these conditions in order to accommodate Rohit at 5 is just garbage IMO. Forcing the newer younger players to do the hard yards while letting Rohit fill his boots against weaker attacks at home as opener is a terrible way to run a team.
that’s not the question. All of that is irrelevant. They’re big boys. They can deal. The question is which approach will result in higher batting totals for India. If that’s Rohit opening, that’s fine. If that’s rohit opening in India and batting at 11 overseas, that’s fine too. Surely the only consideration from team management should be which batting lineup will produce the maximum runs.

For those that watched 'The Test', the reason Australia's batting is so timid it's because of Langers rule that if your out in the nets you have to rotate out.

Khawaja was right to call him on it, how do you practice being aggressive in the nets if you have to leave the nets if you're out.
Didn't stop the batsmen from making merry against Pak, SL and NZ however. Come on mate, a nets rule however ******** it might be suddenly cannot make elite batsmen forget their craft.

Not can playing t20s as well (after making truckloads in ODIs).

India have got very good plans and executed even better against most of them. Simple as.
