2nd Test at the MCG, Melbourne, 26 Dec - 30 Dec 2020

aussie tragic

International Captain
Only thing that gives hope is India's record of losing last 5 wkts in this series

5-48, 5-21, 5-32

Pity Aus won't make enough to bring it into play :(

Now that the over has resumed I can get something off my chest

So C7 doesn't actually show the innings over count on screen, but it does show the bowler's over count, and typically that's fine, but of course the amount of balls left in Siraj's over does not sync with the over count, and it's very annoying.

PS I am not a crackpot

australia on track to lose which means one thing: bat **** insane selections

warner and harris in, wade down to 5, head out, green out, moz in. Here we bloody go
What's even worse is that those moves could all easily be justified.

Mark Taylor begs to differ.
If Travis Head reaches Mark Taylor's class as a batsman then I'll streak down Adelaide's CBD.

(in fairness Taylor was probably spared the axe because he was captain, but he was still clearly Best XI when appointed it)

Touche.

But in fairness if there's one position where you can get away with picking someone on captaincy alone, it's wicket-keeping.
Paine is doing his job with gloves & bat as well

Burgey is right - he’s as technically well equipped to open as anyone

Harris, Burns ugh
