*Official* Pakistan in England 2020

Whatever it takes!!!
That was unlucky for Stokes, it always seemed like there was daylight from the keeper end cameras and he did everything right to try and pull out but guess there was a feather, the last replay did show that.

I am gonna say it is now or never for Buttler. He has a chance to put the spinners to the sword and see what comes off it. If he tries to bat like a Ravi Shastri clone, here goes another nothing 30 that does absolutely nothing to the game.

Agree. England need a cluster of boundaries here to push some sort of pressure back on Pakistan. Both these batsmen are naturally attacking and they shouldn't miss out on any boundary scoring opportunities.

Ah well. Take away the hope of this last day, Pakistan have been the better side since the opening session. Average with the ball and poor in the field has cost us.

The batting has been pretty useless too though. The first innings especially should have yielded more than it did. Stacking the bowling and then going to Stokes was pretty much a white flag moment for me.

More than anything else they need to replicate what Shadab and Shan did on Day 2 and start really aggressively pushing tight singles, change the rhythm of the game.

Well that's dished them

In the pre-DRS days, you get away with those.
On the other hand, Root wouldn't have been able to review his caught behind. I'm happy enough that they're getting these decisions right.

Its a young side but there is something that suggests this Pak team are gonna get carried away very easily. Gotta hold it together like MisYou did for their younger players back in the mid 2010s. But somehow my gut feeling is that it will be another 90s for Pak. Extraordinary talent but self destructive way too often. May not even stay completely united just like the 90s side. Nothing to back this all up but a feeling I get seeing them carry on in the field. Surely they are so much in control that they can just concentrate on the game.

As I say now just got to go for it, could actually play into these two hands, particularly buttler, he knows he's gone if he doesn't produce, his thing is attack, just attack, simple .
