Budaza is bowling well. Totally worked Galliem over.
Galiem all over the shop and feet no where. Almost like a tailender.

Titans of old had a decent pace attack and could maybe defend 180-200. Don't think so with this team.

Played de Zorzi. Our youth doing well.

Roelofsen, Rickelton, de Zorzi and Breetzke all in top 10 run-scorers that are 23 or younger and uncapped.

Bedingham is now considered an international player. With it only being 1 year deal I maybe wouldn't have tried to push him out if I was the Cobras.
I think Bedingham has gone across on ancestral visa or something like? Thus he has obviously made the decision to move to and play in England, because that is where he wants to live and work. Different from many of the Kolpak guys where this is their only opportunity to make the extra monies and taking chance now, then returning to SA later.

Yeah , true.

Colin Ackermann also wasn't Kolpak. Went on his Dutch passport.

Marchant de Lange also wasn't Kolpak. Think he married someone who had or qualified for a British passport.

But CSA got stricter in recent years to kick all of them out so even a stalwart like Kuhn was only being looked after by the Titans but financially they couldn't look after him any longer.

SA A limited overs side.

Markram, J.Malan, Verreynne, Sipamla, B.Hendricks and Dupavillon will probably fall down for SA A.

For me I would mainly be youth for the limited overs side especially. Obviously 2 top-order players in Markram/J.Malan already there.

Rickelton has to open if selected for me. Think Roelofsen can bat top 3/4. de Zorzi and Breetzke can be versatile.

Lower order hitters : Marais (tough season), Smith (average season), Lubbe/Potgieter (front-runners) but they will want to get Qeshile and Makwetu in which I am more than happy with. Rate them both massively.

First MODC 5-for for SvB to blow away his former team. Knights need 139 to win to set up the SF with the Dolphins.

I know we talk top order and middle order players, but do feel that many of the 'top order' guys can do a good job at 4-6 if needed; Makwetu attacking captaincy this game has been noticeable and impressive, no let up. I liked Qeshile keeping yesterday as well. The stumping yesterday where he stayed low was excellent, minimal body movement just collected with his hands and took the bails off with complete efficiency. Of all the potential keepers, Qeshile seems like he might actually be the best fit for a number 6 role particularly at higher level.

Oh and lets not forget Hamza...

Clinical performance. Strange to think the Titans and Cobras likely to be on the bottom of the log? I just want to get a chance to see van Tonder bat.

You just need to watch Qeshile bat and know there is a serious talent. One of the most important things I look for is a sound defence. You need that to be have success internationally of that there is no doubt.

Definitely re: Hamza. We probably going to find that some talented players will miss out.

The 2 powerhouses for so long.

Both lack serious depth now and have average bowling attacks along with some gun batsmen who the Titans had more use of in this tournament.

Is it just me or is the domestic commentators just so much better, just more relaxed, honest in assessment in players. More informative. I just enjoy listening to it.
Brett Procter was in good form yesterday.

Was also going into how he can't wait to see the SA A squads for West Indies. A proper fan boy like us.

Keegan Petersen dropped by Behardien on 2 but now Kruger chips one to mid-off and Behardien takes it this time.

Raynie to the wicket.

Knights have made an absolute meal of this chase. Not a good look going into the semis. Shows how well Breetzke did yesterday.

Very worrying. Crumbling but just reaching the line it seems. Wicket hasn't been the worst, just a bit 2-paced. Minimal turn for the finger spinner.

Got to fancy the Dolphins.

Warriors v Lions is an interesting one. Rate the Warriors seam attack more.

It has been nice to see the youngsters do well. Particularly on the batting side. I have overall been impressed with the seam bowling overall that I`ve seen this competition. Budaza surprised me. Not necessarily top international level but I felt good quality FC level bowling.
