I happily bag CA for what they get wrong (most things) but they’ve absolutely been at the forefront of making women’s’ sport mainstream in Australia - ahead even of football. This is the best reward for that.
They were probably the first of the team sports here to work out it’s smart not to exclude 50% of your population from major competitions. Kudos.
