I would desperately, desperately hope that the ICC rankings are not taken as input data for analyses such as these under any circumstances.

Outside of India no current team is beating SL at home. I know I know England won there,
but I doubt the "current" team would do the same. And SL beat RSA away and are more than capable of doing the same in UAE or WI. Where they come up well short is away to ENA . So yeah not the top team l, far from it but SL are a decent side
