Can you have a one short on a single? Didn't look shakib entered the crease then lol
Haven't seen the above instance but on a different note, one short on a couple has always amazed me. Shouldn't it always be two short since the batsman does not complete even one run ?

Bangladesh well in here. Could be very significant if they managed to get a result, as it would mean England absolutely 100% have to beat NZ to go through. Could still theoretically rely on bangladesh beating pakistan if they don't

He has been immense this WC. 11 wickets and 500+ runs in 7 matches is freaking awesome. Kind of like the King cricket summer of Sir Garry 1966.

Not necessarily. From here I can imagine Rubel and Mustafizur batting in the 50th over with 38 runs needed to win.
I think theyl be desperate enough for this win that they'd rather get bowled out in 45 overs than limp to 290 after 50
