Did AB do the right thing by retiring from Int for IPL and then making himself available just one day before selection? He maybe a rare talent, but he isn't above the game. That behaviour was shameful to be honest.

It's more about precedent and less about spirit. What if SA still lost the Cup with AB (very much possible)? How would selectors react when another elite player demands the same treatment 16 years hence?
