If they think of Padya as a legit #6, then sending him in with 13 overs to go makes sense. If it's because they don't value his wicket, lame.

Too much time spent with Rad Haddin may explain the dropped catch, come to think of it

a small door is open here. indias lesser batsmen won't have huge amounts of time to get themselves in. kohli a rather large problem tho.

Australia haven't done badly tbh. Good batsmen on a good pitch. Sometimes you can't do much. That catch would have helped obvs.

Definitely have a chance of chasing any thing 320-330. With a bit of luck and potentially exploting India's lack of batting depth, they could well still keep them to less.

I think people are conflating "bowled badly" with "bowled without threat". I think it'd be harsh to use the former, but the latter is most certainly true, and a problem.
