Seriously consider retiring hurt. Don't need to take any chances here if it is a muscle injury.

Couple of years more, and people would laugh - loudly - at the ODI ATG XIs that CricketWeb dishes out today, CricketWeb decides etc.

Do you only stick around to assert your superiority? It's getting a bit sad, really.

Why is that? There's no denying that great players from the past will still be in consideration for AT teams. You only need to watch the game to realise that batting is substantially easier today than it was in 2014.

Please don’t suggest any England blokes should be in current odi AT XIs. Like, what have they achieved? Genuinely.

If they win WCs fair enough. But til then, it just doesn’t matter

I don't think he believes that, or anything at all. He just likes to nag and **** on the rest of us comparing cricketers on a site dedicated to cricket discussion.

Maybe he's referring to all those stats- only numpties who think the batting average alone means something and therefore players like Greenidge or Steve Waugh were rubbish compared to the Jason Roys of the world.
