Top run scorer in the Ford Trophy Andrew Fletcher of course!Who can we S.O.S in? We've only had the Super Smash on, the lack of List A cricket ahead of this series is mind boggling.

I am not too sure about Pant at this stage. His list a stats suggest that he has been more like Sehwag. Good in tests and t20s but not in odis.Still can't believe Rayudu gets a go, this man simply isn't good enough, and giving him games during the WC year is just ridiculous. India needs to play Pant as a standalone batsmen and let him develop. Him and Pandya will be important when he gets back.
Nowhere near as effectively it has to be said. McCullum averaged about 31 at a surreal strike rate of 148 during his last couple years in the team. Munro averages 26 at a strike rate of 108, and that's with a lot of minnow bashing against the likes of Zim, Bangladesh and touring Sri Lanka thrown in. It started to look like he was turning the corner last summer, but on current form I just don't reckon those numbers are good enough.People need to accept Munro is hit and miss, just like McCullum was... we have enough Test batsmen below him. That said, he missed that by about a foot which is concerning in its own right.
Don't know about far with that many Aaaaas). McCullum averaged 30 IIRC, Munro 26 with a superior SR to McCullum. I'd prefer Munro to be averaging at least 30 (rather than 26) with his impressive SR of over 100, but not sure the gap is what you imply.McCullum as opener came off Faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar more often than Munro is in ODIs (in T20 I'd agree).
His average is down into the 25s now ... we can’t take that into a World Cup.Nowhere near as effectively it has to be said. Oh please, Pant is the future, he will be the next WK bat after Dhoni retires from ODI's for sure, there simply is no reason to not invest in him even if he isn't keeping. These ODI series would have been the perfect time to give him a go and let him develop into a finisher with Dhoni coming in at 4, him along with Pandya and Jadeja would make for a pretty solid lower middle order with serious firepower at the end of an innings.I am not too sure about Pant at this stage. His list a stats suggest that he has been more like Sehwag. Good in tests and t20s but not in odis.
But yes, only one of Rayudu/Dhoni need to play at 4 for the team.
Was McCullum's record impressive against the top sides?Nowhere near as effectively it has to be said. High 20s with an SR of 150 against non-SL/WI/Ban + minnowsWas McCullum's record impressive against the top sides?
Munro 22 at a strike rate of 96 against the same.High 20s with an SR of 150 against non-SL/WI/Ban + minnows
Not sure why folks are only judging McCullum's record on his last 2 years either tbh. He opened in ODIs from around 2008 didn't he?Why are people discounting McCullum vs. SL? SL were legit in those years. Same goes with Bangers and Munro.
