Dhawan is a fantastic LO opener, probably one of the best today (definitely would pick him over the likes of Finch, Roy, Hales etc) There should be no doubt about that. The problem is in the subcontinent people still can't differentiate between the formats so when someone performs in ODIs, he automatically becomes a Test opener. Kohli for all his talk about Test cricket is the ultimate personification of this mentality.
Rohit just scored an ODI double? Great, let's pick him in the Test side

Clearing the boundary not the same in this bigger Dubai ground. This is not a 350 pitch. Feel like all 3 teams - set out for a 300 template but gave it away during the course. 270-280 would be a par score on these tracks, equal to about 310-320 on smaller grounds or grounds where the bring the boundary rope inside
