If you're just looking at spin bowlers then Jim Burke is a must. Tom McKibbin, Jasu Patel, Arjun Nair lol, Jayananda Warnaweera, Tharindu Kaushul. Ian Johnson maybe.

I was picking from those who had been called for throwing but Burke is definitely a contender for this list regardless.

Kaushal and Nair were both reported, Burke was called in grade cricket if that counts. I've never seen it written that Higgs was actually called but if he was then the umpire needed their eyes checked.

Apparently Arjuna Ranatunga had Murali bowl leggies to finish off an over in which Darryl Hair was repeatedly calling him for throwing. The thought was that it is impossible to throw when bowling leggies.

I think it's technically possible to chuck leggies. The problem was that it was clear Emerson was pre meditating it. Murali's off break and doosra looked dodgy so fair enough that they called it. Murali's leg break actually looked perfectly fine to the naked eye. Calling that was a tad fishy.

Should definitely be considered. If Herath is being rated top-10 or 15 by people then why not Jadeja

He was pretty great against Australia also, on that flat Ranchi pitch where Pujara batted forever, he was the only threatening bowler from both teams.

He also trolls a lot of useful runs in India.

EDIT : Just checked that the guy took match figures of 6/35 in his last Test against Afghanistan. Can't have been too many better performances by a player before getting dropped.

IIRC Murali Kartik had an MoM performance against Australia in that Mumbai test but then didn't make it to the XI in next test.
