Think it’s going to be a long season for Rovers. Bradley Dack is a decent player, Danny Graham has a purpose but rest of the team don’t appear Championship standard. That wasn’t a good point against Ipswich.

Daniel Arzani confirmed to Man City. Good luck to him. Hope he goes well, even if he’s being loaned to Celtic. At least he’ll get regular footy and hopefully develop.

Seems like the right move for him. City have the best-run system and Celtic is a pretty good place to be for development.

Is this the first year where the deadline day is before the start of the season, or did it happen last year too?

Zinchenko rejected us. Looked a good prospect but not convinced he was the answer at LWB.

Sod him, doesn't want to be part of the revolution - we will move on.

Dendoncker an amazing signing though. Our window has still been class.

This is the first. It's idiocy, too. Teams will lose players and not be able to replace them.

He'd never played as a wing-back before last season. Spent his entire career in the midfield (attacking midfield, at that) before last season. I wouldn't bet on him as one either, and he'll probably play there for City this season a few times but at least for us he'll rarely be under pressure defensively.

Is there any push for the rest of the European window to move, or are English clubs just going to be at a disadvantage going forward?
The rest of Europe had been expected to follow suit but that looks less likely now. There's talk of England reverting to the old window.

I like it better this way. The clubs complaining about it are just badly run. Notice how little Liverpool have been affected.

I think anyone who may have thought Man U were fine without a director of Football will be feeling really silly right now. A truly dire transfer window where areas of weaknesses such as the gruesome twosome at full back were barely addressed while a right winger never looked to joining. Liverpool to there credit had there signings sorted well before they were revealed.

Liverpool done it like United used to under Fergie, deals done early and let the rest fight over the scraps late on. Think Liverpool had a good window, just praying this isn't their year.

I just want Bielsa to get Leeds back in thye Premiership pronto. Would be a nice F U to all the punters equating promotion success with financial spend.

Yeah, they're using the same strategy too- Fergie always went for players that were on the way up, then let them go before anyone else realised they were past it.

Everton done mental business last 10 minutes.

Fulham outspending us as well!

Delighted with our window though. Perhaps cover at FB would have been nice, but delighted.

Good last hour for Everton.

My lot say we got a new signing to be announced at 6pm. Only signed 14 players this window, got 7 players left from 18 man play off final squad

Dendoncker one of my favourite wolves signings ever. Seen him in the flesh a few times. Loan with 12 million obligation to sign is a snip. Quality operator
