That's the old breed, not educated enough to understand energy balance and basic nutrition, hence thinking you need to "eat clean" to "get ripped"

I'm actually still at work drinking a mediocre coffee.

Had a peking duck wrap as a snack from the 7/11. Was alright. Would recommend it as cheap, relatively clean fuel, not much else.

Not sure what's for dinner yet, will find out when I get home.
