The social norms of 'talk **** get banged' don't apply in the world of professional cricket.

Personally I think this can be solved by a yearly International Cricket MMA Event. Once a year, all the cricketers are forced to fight each other in a cage with 4 ounce gloves. We pair then off in terms of rivalries - Rabada Vs Smith, Dhawan vs Warner, Kohli Vs literally anyone.

It would be perfect. Get all the violence and aggression out there. Sell it as a PPV, the fans will love it. And basically every fight willl consists of atleast one player from a Big 3 Nation so you know the viewership will be good. Win-win-win.

It works in rugby, despite initial concerns. If you don't want to be sin binned you don't commit the offence.

yes, injuries affect series all the time, so obviously what we should do is make that effect more common. clearly, replicating something that we do our best to avoid is the best way to ensure the game is healthy.

hell, why stop there? any player who opens his mouth on the field should be summarily executed. if you don't like it then don't commit the offence, since apparently that is the logic that o****s now.

It's always so noticable. I can't decide if the Saffer birds are all just stunning or their cameramen are just dirty pervs who focus on the hotties giving us a false reality.

Would have been a brilliant catch, although khawaja never looks agile enough to be fielding at gully esp to the pace of the Aussie bowlers
