Let's not overreact here though - SA won largely because of the rain. I know it's a cheap thing to say, but South Africa simply can't hit spin to save their lives and the wetness ended up taking away all spin from Chahal's balls. If it's dry for game 3, India will win.

I have this feeling that Kuldeep will be back for last T 20 and Rahul will replace Rohit. Of course Bumrah will replacement Shardul.

Rohit's not going anywhere in LOIs, if Rahul has to come in, it will happen in place of Raina and I wouldn't bet on that anyway.

Among all Rahul is the one seems to be the always missing and unlucky. Guy is not that bad player IMO. Only problem is that he cannot bat any where else except as an Opener.

Kuldeep maybe slightly better than Chahal but he was also expensive in that rain hit Pink game. You can argue that without rain these two will perform better but I believe in T20s trend nowadays is batsmen being more aggressive while batting running down deep with all rounders. This change in T20s is as much significant as leg spin replacing slow off spin in ODIs in past few months. If India were to play any of these two bowlers in T20s against Aus/NZ today, chances are they will get thrashed out of the park because in shorter formats batsmen can afford to take risk. And this duo don't provide any hand in batting either. Having said that Kohli might eventually play Kuldeep in the final T20 just for the variety. I would had rather preferred keeping Shardul in team and replace Chahal with Bumrah. And I agree with you on Rahul replacing Rohit.

Off topic, but probably a good place to ask, what's Jaddu's status currently? How come you guys haven't picked him for the limited overs stuff on this tour?

India might have to work out how to win around that then especially with a world cup in England.

Raina should be in the mix for world cup. He can be the power hitter we are missing in our line up.

South Africa's nemesis Virat Chahal Kuldeep, all three are out. If they still cannot win this then I don't know how they can win.
