I don't think it was anything that was put in his lunch. I think he accidentally wandered past the Barmy Army and saw a few of the poorly thought out tattoos some of them have randomly placed on their bodies to remind them of their history (of violence). It's enough to make anyone sick.

Haha seriously though if I was non-striker and the striker came and asked me about a potential lbw review, I'd absolutely assume he knew more about whether he hit it than I did and just comment on the line of the ball.

You can actually see Cook asking Vince if he hit it on his one. The Malan one was bad though. Hit him outside the line as well, and you wouldn't even lose a review if it was umpires call in that context.
