More reasons to like Lyon. And to hate.

Smith stranding Paine on 49* here. They crossed too, so Haze wouldn't have to face.

Anderson true to form picking up useless wickets.
Must be so frustrating for England how well Anderson has bowled today after being so bland on Days 2/3 when the match was on the line.

At least he finally bowled well, which is more than can be said for Broad. The person who said it seems like Gillespie 2005 is spot on imo. Both had ordinary home summers which were overlooked because the side was winning but the Ashes contest exposed their menace had gone.

England fighting for their life, this is it. Who comes in at three, a batsman who has never scored a test hundred and averaging 21.

Would be pretty amazing if England lost in 4 days after early on Day 2 they had seen off the second new ball with six wickets in hand.

This feels so much like those tests in India. Respectable but ultimately a tad subpar batting effort followed by the other team effortlessly piling up ~700 and now comes the customary 3rd innings collapse.

Anderson was great in the home summer. Averaged 14 FFS
