People have complained plenty on here over the years about Anderson and Broad bowling too short in bowler-friendly conditions, so it's not a new thing.

The only thing is that I think they might trouble their batsmen more in the nets on a shorter length due to the extra bounce. They then get carried away bowling back of a length to batsmen who all love shorter pitched bowling.
