The problem with pitching the ball up further is they can smother it. Like Marsh just did. The length that is beating them, with where they have positioned themselves, is too short to hit the stumps.
A few donations but definitely it was tough to really feel "set" on this pitch yesterdayI reckon that with where these two are batting, the length that they'll have trouble with is too short to hit the stumps.
Jeez that is a scorecard of mediocrity. Should add up to a decent score though.
Sort of length where you look amazing, runs are hard to come by and the batsmen don't look comfortable (or end up with broken fingers), but you don't take wickets and they cash in when the ball gets soft.I do not think they are bowling that badly to be honest,
Yeah, this. Since the fuller ones aren't getting the same swing, just try this twice an over.Forget the LBW. Use the bounce in the deck to hit the splice and get blokes caught at gully off the shoulder. Dot them up in the meantime, and break Tim Paine's fingers for the lols.
Certainly worth a try if nothing keeps happening here. Would help if each of them had about an extra 5-6 kph though.Forget the LBW. Use the bounce in the deck to hit the splice and get blokes caught at gully off the shoulder. Dot them up in the meantime, and break Tim Paine's fingers for the lols.
The Hook trap to Paine certainly looks worth a go.Should be a bit more two length for mine. Aim for the head and the toes a bit more.
