Recently there was a murder-suicide in HK that was on the front page of several newspapers. The man had cheated on his wife, so she kicked him out. He came back, they fought, he stabbed her to death, then he jumped out of the balcony of their flat -on the 30th floor- with her body.

It was tragic, gruesome and just plain awful

Given that this was in HK, the cover story about this was accompanied by a segment on the front page talking about how much this flat is worth, and how much the value is likely to drop in light of this incident
