Has Warner learned to bat in Asia all of a sudden or have Bangladesh done their best Theon Greyjoy impersonation and reeked out when it matters most?

You'll Never Walk Alone
How ridiculous is it that in this day and age it's impossible for me to legally find a way to watch a lot of the cricket that is played around the world. I can literally watch things like the NBA and most MMA events from my phone. But I'm stuck following ball by ball text commentary for a Test match and hoping to stumble upon a laggy 260p illegal stream.

And they wonder why the sport is dying.
I hear you. Unfortunately it comes down to individual sporting bodies, and the agencies that work with them.

The FFA Cup (for example) was able to be streamed all around the world last night.

McGregor was never going to beat Mayweather but Bangladesh could have and should have won this

They have to start being smarter with their selections and being tougher and more resilient under pressure. This is so weak. They aren't doing their talent justice. Urgh.
You are being way too harsh on them. They are no where near as talented as the Australians and they are still well and truly in this match, and at the very least given them a scare.

Regardless of conditions they've over-performed relative to Aus if anything.

Eh now we're getting into sketchy grey areas of defining what Talent is

They've definitely played under their potential tho, which is my point. I guess Australia have too, but I'm just looking at it from a BD fan's POV and they could have done so much better. Some of the shot selection was bad, the team selection is still so off, they dropped atleast 1 catch that should have been taken. The bowling has been good overall except I don't know how they've bowled to Smith and Warner since I haven't been able to watch this phase at all.

Mehedi has been poor, the others have been fine.

The two (admittedly difficult) dropped catches and almost-stumping have decided the game IMO. That's where it was to be won - two difficult chances and a 50/50 umpiring call, of which Bangladesh probably only needed one to manifest into a wicket - and everything came up Milhouse Smith and Warner.

Its such a simple solution too - just have the match streamed online somewhere behind a paywall. The channels can stream it on their site, or the cricket board can host the stream. Eitherway, there is money to be made by simply giving people around the world a chance to tune it.

But nope. And if people can't watch the action, why are they going to keep following the sport.

Same goes with footage of old games. Why hide it from the world? Make it accessible!

When I say "talent" I pretty much just mean how good they are at cricket, which encompasses natural ability, training, experience, mental fortitude etc.

If you're referring to "talent" as "natural genetic ability" or "potential" then I guess that's something else but it's meaningless in practical discussion anyway

They've done ok

This commentary is so bad. Like, from a technical standpoint, these commentators are really bad at commentating.
