Has done for the last few years hasn't it? Presume it's to do with worldwide TV optimisation.

Suits me. 10pm kickoff means I can have dinner and get appropriately inebriated before by the time it starts.

Completely agree with what has been said about the City axings.

Sagna and Zab have looked past it for a while, Navas has never been any good, and Clichy as we all know is a total liability. Slightly surprised they chose to get rid of Big Willy though. Always thought he was competent at worst.

Fair play to United. As dull as it's apparently been at times you'd think there's only Chelsea who wouldn't swap seasons with them
Interesting point. I wouldn't swap Spurs season with anyone but Chelsea.

The likes of Burnley/Watford only need to improve by 7 league wins to reach ManU's current level - United need to improve more to reach Tottenham. :)

The talk of swapping seasons has nothing to do with Premier League points. Spurs have qualified for the CL. Manure have also qualified for the CL, and won two trophies. Sounds like a good case for a swap.

That assumes that the only reason to follow football is results. If so, you might as well just check the scores at the end of the day, or even better, the trophy-winners at the end of the season.

Get your point, but at the end of the day we all want our teams to win things. As a neutral I'd much rather watch Spurs or Liverpool than United, or Chelsea for that matter, but as a supporter I'd take Chelsea or United's season every time.

Haha you say that like this is some kind of easy feat, or as if 7 games is barely anything.

It's not really accurate anyway. Watford and Burnley are 29 points behind Manure who in turn are only 17 behind Tottenham. I assume it was a fairly tongue-in-cheek comment.

I wouldn't swap United's season for Spurs's, but I get why Spurs fans wouldn't either. It would feel more disappointing winning nothing if we had that season. Going out of the CL to Leverkusen and Monaco would feel totally unacceptable, and we'd get much rougher press for it.

Whereas for Spurs it's understandable that the main feeling is excitement at having their best team in 50+ years.
