***Official*** Australia in India 2017

Australia need to score the runs tomorrow. No chance they're batting through 50 overs of Jadeja.

Renshaw should just keep being Renshaw. Look like getting out every ball, but inexplicably grinding out a 40.

Good knock from Jadeja. I wouldn't have been too mad if we didn't declare, just get as many runs as possible today while they're coming quick because this lead isn't enough to win by an innings. Of course there's lots of upsides to making a tired Renshaw and Warner come out to bat with nothing to gain.
Good call Daemon

And to think people want 4 day tests. Tomorrow will likely be the most exciting day of the series and we can only draw at best

People complaining that test matches are too long are morons.. The only thing that can make a Test boring is a **** pitch

On the plus side for Australia, they are only 2 night-watchman down
Too true. A complete liability overseas.

Damn India, you are hard to beat. A lot of respect. Well not so much for your captain, who acts like a 5 year old.

Also, what a lovely head of hair Jadeja has.

Frankly, Warner shouldn't be playing in the next Test. If Khawaja was dropped because of a couple of bad Tests in Sri Lanka how can Warner survive when he's had 6 lousy Tests in SL/India in the past 12 months?

We were wrong, Usman should have been playing.

In place of Warner. His books just like his innings are all too brief for a man of his abilities, literary and otherwise.

I guess Khawaja was even worse in SL than Warner, but at this point Warner's pretty much cannon fodder. Khawaja can't really do worse at this point.

Can see them dropping Marsh for Khawaja instead though.

I think what was so damning for Australia today wasn't the scoreboard but their mindset; from the moment that Cummins LBW was overturned they looked flat and listless, and that goes for Smith's captaincy too which just went through the motions and bowled his main 4 into the ground (esp SOK) without trying other options.

Can't see Oz surviving tomorrow. Felt like today mentally broke them and Jadeja looks absolutely lethal. What odds Smith will be undefeated again at the end of the innings?

Why do captains always underbowl their own part time pies though? Sachin did it. So did SWaugh. He used to bowl many overs in the beginning of his career. Becomes captain and stops bowling. Smith never bowls himself. Border was different. Gave himself some overs in the middle.
