About as good a start as NZ could hope for.
BD have only taken 2 wickets, but they haven't bowled too badly. They'll rue the dropped catch of Latham, and they need to figure out a better field and a better plan for Mirage, but in general not bad. Second new ball 37 overs. Enough time for a spell from each spinner, maybe an attempt at bouncers and reverse swinging full balls from Kamrul, and one more burst from Taskin/Roy at the start of the session.
Pitch is flat af. No sign of breaking up yet and we're approaching the end of Day 3. Hard to see a result either way from here. Honestly, NZ have the best chance. They just need to bat once, bat huge, and then try and induce a BD lollapse. I don't see NZ losing 18 more wickets to BD's bowling in these conditions in the next 7 sessions, and the rate at which they're scoring BD would probably need to bat again too.
So yea, crazy lollapses aside, this looks to be a draw.
