Good breakthrough from Angie.. Close one but I think it was just about a legal ball but to be fair I am looking through Sri Lankan eyes and a SA supporter would think differently. The SA commentators agreed there was just something behind the line..

Cook from his interviews sounds like a guy who indulges in self flagellation after every dismissal. Probably wise to review..

Uh oh already worrying about us batting on this especially if it's gonna get quicker as the experts suggest

Wanderers gets better crowds in than Kingsmead for Tests...

A lot better, Wanderers should definitely still get Tests.
And PE as well.

Should judge the attendance later on not on the morning when most are still in school and work.

'One of those knocks'? You mean look really good then contrive to get himself out for 30odd?
To be honest he has been in good enough form that he is getting out for 60odd recently....

And Amla dropped! Big hundred coming.... (crossfingers)

Don`t give PE to many... we get bored quickly and stop attending.(even when there is nothing else to do).

What's St George's like?

I've only ever been to Wanderers, Conturion, Willowmoore Park, and Newlands.

All are awesome grounds (I know Willowmoore is a cabbage patch but I'm from Benoni so I have to say it's awesome).

Amla will soon be 34. Will he ever recover his form in test cricket? Doesn't seem like that rock he once was anymore.

It has its charms, but could probably do with some updating. Still has lots of grass, and small enough to be considered cozy. Band is great now that they know more than 3 songs! Biggest problem is the lights, not international standard.

I don't know if I'm imagining this but I'm sure I read that EP Cricket and Trollip and the new NMB administration have had discussions about the city investing in upgrading the stadium.

Been discussion on and off for a long time but whether it happens who knows....; building the duck pond pavilion years ago almost bankrupt EP cricket. Would upgrading the stadium bring more international cricket or supporters, probably not. There is just not enough money in PE for these things in general.

Hopefully the new city administration will invest in things that help the city and not boondoggles.

I think one of the great things about our grounds is that mix of grass and seating. It's just right for a great atmosphere when well supported.

ALERT : Duminy in the 30's
